Is 24 Hour Rehab Advice available? Yes. Our experienced addictions clinicians work across a variety of settings: Private rehab centres, local authority and NHS commissioned services, GP shared care provisions, private hospitals and prisons. As such, there is always someone free to provide 24 Hour Rehab Advice.
While our addictions clinicians always advise you speaking with your GP, they understand why you may not want to do so, at least in the first instance. When you speak to someone at Find Me a Rehab you are speaking with a clinician: Not a salesperson. In fact, 24 Hour Rehab Advice at Find Me a Rehab ensures you’re getting genuine and ethical assistance.
Our 0333 number works via an app/laptop/desktop. Whomever is free will take your call. Emails are also answered within a few minutes. All calls and emails are treated in the strictest of confidence. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and take confidentiality extremely seriously. Without your expressed permission we can never discuss anything with a third party. This confidentiality extends to all interactions, including when you seek advice around the clock for rehab.
What Can Find Me a Rehab Do To Help Me?
Our addictions clinicians, because they work in this sector, are able to advise you on what you might need (and what you don’t need). They can discuss treatment options, where you can go for treatment and an accurate picture of how much it will cost you. This includes any advice on rehabilitation that you may need, at any hour.
Because our calls are taken by clinicians the advice you receive is impartial. We are not salespeople and don’t have sales targets: We already have jobs! This service exists solely to ensure people get the right advice and are not pushed into expensive treatments they don’t need. Our commitment to 24 Hour Rehab Advice empowers you with information, not to make a sale.

Why Does Find Me a Rehab Offer This Service?
The addictions sector is awash with middlemen, known as referral agents. As it is not a regulated market, anyone can set up a website. The problem is that many make it look as if they own centers: They don’t.
Referral agents will spend vast sums renting serviced offices (which they have never been to) simply so they can use the address to advertise services that don’t exist. These addresses are used to convince people that there is a rehab center in their local area. Why do they do this? Simple! So you pick up the phone. They will tell you that the center is full, being refurbished or that you are not suitable.
A referral agent simply wants your details so they can sell them on to a reputable rehab center for commission of up to 50% of your treatment cost. One particularly notorious referral agent, who is based in Thailand, will invoice a rehab center within minutes of your arrival and hound the center for payment all day until they settle.
Referral agents have flashy websites but the staff are working off laptops from their kitchen tables. While some have lived experience of addiction they are not clinically trained/qualified and are trained to sell, and sell: hard. Many have never been anywhere near a rehab center. They will make you all kinds of promises that no one can uphold.
Why Should I Steer Clear of Referral Agents?
One perfect example is Lifeline Surrey Alcohol & Drug Rehabilitation in Surrey | Lifeline. This center does not exist. Using pictures taken from Rightmove and a local gym the website advertises a fake center. If you call, the person who owns the site and lives in Thailand will give you a raft of excuses as to why you can’t go there.
The owner of the website also had two rehab centers that were forced to close after she was prosecuted for providing illegal treatment Fines of £60,780 issued following the CQC prosecution of an unlawful substance misuse service based in Liverpool – Care Quality Commission. She continues to trade through companies that are in liquidation: Which is illegal. She continued to advertise, up until recently, her two defunct rehab centers simply to sell on callers details to reputable rehab centers.
The owner of this company used to work with another notorious referral agent: New organisation set to standardise addictions industry – News Anyway. None of what the article contained ever materialised and the owner, who now lives abroad, continues to trade as a referral agent while making out he has rehab centers: He doesn’t.
