There will be a morning meeting, where the community comes together, and any housekeeping issues can be raised.

At the end of the day, there is also a closing meeting though there are often 12 step meetings in the evenings if you are following a 12-step plan.

The day consists of group work, individual therapy (if applicable), and bolt on therapies such as drumming therapy, art therapy, yoga, relaxation, etc
