Our clinicians have worked across a very wide spectrum of clinical areas including a large number of private rehabs and private outpatient services in the UK.

We do not provide treatment, directly as we run this service on top of our other roles.
Because we have worked in a very large number of private rehab centres in the UK we have excellent relationships with them and are able to signpost you to the most appropriate (and most cost effective) treatment centre.

Absolutely: Yes.
We have a database, regularly reviewed, on every local authority funded service in the UK.
Due to the way services are commissioned, the service providers regularly change though the locations of local authority services don't.
Our clinicians will always be happy to signpost you to your local authority funded free to use services.
Is this service confidential?
Yes.
Confidentiality is absolutely paramount.
We will never pass on your details to any rehab or outpatient service without your permission.
Data protection is taken extremely seriously.
We don't print anything out and only use secure email.
Once we have signposted you, if that is what you decide, we do not call you back.
Your details are kept on a spreadsheet which is only accessible to our clinicians through using two different passwords and if you ask we will delete them immediately.
Unless we have an absolute belief that there is an imminent threat to your life we can never inform anyone that you called us.
What type of addictions can you help with?
Any.
Some people have substance based addictions such as alcohol or heroin. Others have issues with more than one substance.
A good number of people have behavioural addiction issues such as shopping, porn or gambling.
The way the brain responds, adapts and rewires is very similiar: as is the recovery process.
There is an old saying: "Addiction is addiction" which actually has some truth to it.
How you got to where you are in needing help will be unique to you but part of a pattern found in all those needing help.
Whatever the problem, however you arrived at deciding to get help: We can signpost you, advise you and tell you what options you have.
Can you signpost me to private at home treatment?
Where appropriate: Yes.
The best chance of recovery is always in rehab.
Why? Because rehab provides the essential elements needed for recovery:
* Detox (if needed)
* Group therapy
* Relapse prevention
* Aftercare
Treatment at home is limited for safety reasons. There is a slightly wider scope with outpatient treatment.
Every case is based on it's own merits.
There are some automatric exclusions for reasons of clinicial safety.
It is usually far more cost effective to have residential treatment than treatment at home.
Can you provide advice and guidance on mental health and eating disorders?
Yes.
Our clinicians have experience in both mental health as well as addictions.
One of our clinicians has extensive experience with eating disorder treatment having worked in this area in three well known London based private eating disorders services.
We are more than happy to signpost you to services most appropriate to you.
How do you fund this service?
We refer and signpost, with your permission, to private rehabs and outpatient services.
If you decide that you do want treatment and book yourself in a nominal commission is paid to us.
This enables us to fund the cost of running the website:
* Hosting the site
* Technical Search Engine Optimsation
* Guest posting (backlinks)
Should you approach a private service, directly, you would not be able to negotiate a reduced rate. Using our signposting service does not increase the fees you pay.
Can using Find Me a Rehab lower my treatment costs?
Yes.
